We have extremely hard water even with a softener we had purchased years ago (not from Culligan). It quit working and we purchased 5 gallon water bottles for our water cooler from Culligan. We loved the service (Bri in the office is awesome) we decided to call Culligan about a water softener. Caleb came out did water testing and explained to us what we needed and how it would take care of the hard water. He spent so much time with us and making sure all our questions were answered. Within a week we had everything done and installed, even Steven the installer was fantastic. He had everything done in no time, took the old softener with him, left no mess behind, he was kind, considerate and made sure we understood everything. We absolutely love our water now. I’m so glad I chose Culligan it has been a stress free procedure and very affordable. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars…I highly recommend Culligan ! I recently purchased my first home. Never had well water before and the water softener broke not long after moving in. Everything turned yellow, laundry was horrible and could not even clean the dishes. I called Culligan and they sent a tech out and found I had wrong system for our hard well water with high iron. I do not have $3k sitting around so I signed up for rented a unit and had it installed. Had an issue after install and they came out same day to repair. Very happy with product and service from Culligan, I would recommend to my family and friends for sure. I will be purchasing unit when rental contract is up for sure. Thanks Culligan!
