A. Yes! Your products will continue to be delivered just as they are today.
Q. Where do I send my payments?

Q. When will I receive my first statement from Buckeye?
A. Your first statement for September will arrive the first week of October 2020. You may notice the timing of your bill will change. We send bills once a month, at the end of each calendar month.
Q. When are payments due?
A. Payments are due the 15th of every month for the prior month statement. Your first payment for the September 2020 bill will be due October 15, 2020.
Q. Will my account number change?
A. Yes, your account number will change. Your new account number can be found on our website under the account number look up feature. Your first statement from us will also have your new account number.
Q. Can I view my account online?
A. Yes! You can view your account, statements, balance, next delivery dates, and pay your bill online at CulliganWaterColumbus.com. You will need your new account number to enroll, which you can find on our website. Click Current Customers and choose My Account option. Your account can be found under the Culligan Water Columbus link.
Q. Can you email me my statement instead of mailing it to me?
A. Yes! Please contact us at custcare.Marysville@hallswater.com to have this set up!
Q. I signed up for email billing, what address will my statements come from?
A. Your bill enrolled in our paperless, email billing program will come from mailflex.noreply@edocsnow.com. Please make sure this address is unblocked by firewalls and/or spam filters.
Q. What if I sent my payment to Aqua Falls after Sept 1, 2020?
A. Don’t worry, Aqua Falls will forward us any of your payments they receive. Please be sure to update your records so that future payments are sent to our corporate office.
Q. I have bank payments set up through my bank, do I need to update the information?
A.Yes! Please change the information with your bank to send payments to:

Q. I am currently enrolled in auto pay through Aqua Falls, will that continue with Culligan?
A. Yes, your auto pay will continue with Culligan. Please make note of a couple of changes:
- Your automatic payment will be deducted on the 15th of every month. This date will be reflected on your statement.
- The description you will see on your bank account will be “Culligan of Marysville”. You will see this description on your first auto pay around October 15, 2020 for your September statement.
