We moved from San Fransisco to Columbus due to my job. Once we moved in, we noticed a taste in the city water where we live. We looked around and the feedback on Culligan Water were great so we decided to go with them. I have to say we are very satisfied with the initial call, the ordering process, the DocuSign process so I don't have to go and meet someone. What made the entire experience amazing are 2 more things. 1st, the water tastes AMAZING.....the 2nd, the guy that brings in the water every other Tuesday is BYOND amazing....very kind, helpful, and bring the items right to the door with a smile. I am sure it is not an easy job to do all day long, but he does it with a smile. I will ask him for his name and updated this review so his managers can know as well.

Water tastes great. Fair pricing and fast delivery. I'm happy that I don't have to search around town for a store that has water exchange available. I literally spend an extra $5 a month having it delivered than I did taking my empties to a store to exchange. Very convenient service.

Getting bottled water delivered to my home is very convenient. I used to buy Ice Mountain bottled water at Target but never knew if it would be in stock, especially the 2.5 gallon jugs. The staff at Culligan Bottled Water of Ohio are friendly, polite, and efficient. Every interaction I have had with them, from the drivers to the office staff, has been a positive one.
